My options were to either get two separate rooms or getting a refund and being forced to find something else on the fly. The room keys NEVER worked. I even got locked inside my rooom one time. "Very spacious 2 bedroom, everything was nice however a little more attention is needed when cleaning shower, it was a lot of hair in mine. "

"I paid for balcony beach view and ended up with a room with no balcony. Fridge was leaking. Shower was disgusting and kind of smelt like vomit. I kept trying to get a hold of someone for more towels and front desk says they have nothing to do with our room.
