"The building and its amenities were excellent. The pool was beautiful, the beach was amazing, and the staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and professional. The valet service was efficient, and the hallways always smelled fresh and clean. We also appreciated that the stovetop vent hood worked very well. Unfortunately, the listing was not accurately represented on the website. We believed we were booking a hotel, but instead it was a privately owned unit with no housekeeping...

"property are just nasty humans. Upon checking in which they took their sweet little time sending the information over was fair. I get to the room and hit had a bad and strong chemical smell. Within 5 minutes of breathing it, my nose is burning and my chest started feeling funny from inhaling the fumes. I have asthma as well as epilepsy. I couldn't stay in the room because I began to feel light headed. I called the RS and asked for a refund. They said no it was non-refundable. This back and forth...

"This rental was a last minute reservation and both Expedia and the property management were very professional. The communication was great and the property was exactly how it was presented. Very convenient location with great amenities. The only negative comment I have is the parking situation. There is a garage but it’s pay by phone and you could end up paying 45/ day. Luckily there was a discount with the reservation. Otherwise it was great!"

"First of all, the room we booked wasn't what was given to us. I walked in and the place was filthy. The smell in the room was a complete turn off. Their agent showed me two other rooms before settling in room 3135. It still wasn't what was booked but was better. The rooms are aged and need attention.
