"Very convenient location in Belmont neighborhood and short walk/drive to Hawthorne neighborhood. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet building with hardwood floors and character with built-ins. Easy to find free on-street parking. Would stay here again. Only issue was staff didn't respond to request fir extra towels."

"Staff is really great. The room was clean and spacious. Location is great with downtown Portland only a 5 minute bus ride away. If you’re on a budget and don’t need the frills of a more expensive hotel then I would definitely recommend this hotel. The area is safe and the light rail is within walking distance. "Not a lot of parking. We had to park on the street the second night of our stay. The area is busy and there were a lot of homeless people in and out of the parking lot. I saw one man attempt to crawl of the fence. There were no cameras directed towards vehicles. The hotel is due for some updates, but comfortable and clean. Other than the parking the rest of our stay was enjoyable."

"I arrived and was told there was an extra $30 per day for my dog the website says dogs are free and the place looked awful. Broken vehicles in the lot etc. The manager told me if I chose not to stay he wouldn’t charge me and understood. Then I was charged the full amount for all 3 days!"
