"Our experience with the property was excellent from the time of booking to the time of checking out. I dont think I have ever experienced such a clean hotel and wonderful, helpful staff. I have no hesitation in reommending this hotel. There is also onsite secure parking but even without a car its a 1 minute walk to the bus route both to the city or Palmerston."

"What a great apartment. It's pretty dated, but clean and comfortable, spacious 2 bdr apartment with awesome views and everything you need for your home away from home. So close to everything and convenient, with secure underground parking and nice big swimming pool. We'll definitely visit again. "

"We had such a lovely stay, it was just such a shame we were delayed in our arrival and didnt get to enjoy a little longer. The apartment was neat clean and tidy, with beautiful modern furnishings. They have an exceptional outlook on on conserving energy for our environment. It was so refreshing to see. Encouragement of guests to conserve energy and tip's on how too. It was very educational for those who dont know how. Freat use of recycling bins as well. "

"Elsey is very comfortable, and all is kept in great condition. The pool is nice, and I found I was always able to find time to myself there. I did find the aircon not quite up to the task though this didn't impact comfort too much and is likely an easy fix with a simple filter clean. There are shops and a small grocer across the road which was extremely helpful and their produce is top quality. I would go back again."

"Fantastic location with great ocean and marina views. So many great dining choices directly below and safe swimming right on the waterfront with restaurants around. The apartment had everything we needed and loved the supplied condiments so we didn't have to buy. Plenty of housekeeping items eg washing up/laundry. It would be good to have a bigger clothes airer for those of us who don't want to use dryer but no complaints whatsoever. Communication was great and staff quick and helpful when I...
