"I had to leave before breakfast was served 5:30a My original room was fine when I went to the front desk to inquire about a spare toothbrush I was informed that my room had been upgraded. Surprise surprise!! That room was larger and also very nice and so much more comfortable."

"We had stayed in this hotel, then called The Admiral Fell, many years ago. In its new incarnation as a Hilton, the hotel remains a terrific choice for a Baltimore trip. Fells Point (its location) has many restaurants, cafes, and little shops, and is very near by car from the Inner Harbor and museums. The staff at the hotel was lovely and efficient and the room was spotless and comfortable. "

"My Front Desk Clerk was exceptional!!! The Bistro Bartenders as well!! Also the table and dresser in my room had coffee stains and felt sticky. I found it disappointing that the food options were so limited. It seemed that the hotel only cared about catering to NYE events and not the guests. The only dinner option was to purchase a NYE party ticket for the rooftop event and the only breakfast option was a NY buffet. If felt as if the offerings were money motivated vs. guest considerations. "

"The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful & so helpful. There were so many checking in at one time & he got everyone checked in quickly, calmly & pleasantly. He even took the time to address a request that we had messaged the hotel previously. Awesome job!"
