"Obviously you’re going to pay a premium price for a high-floor, ocean view balcony room. I get it. But when I pay $400+ /night for a hotel room I expect some of the fastest, high bandwidth internet you’ve seen in your life, A/C that leaves little icicles on your toes if you don’t cover them all the way with a blanket and a dang TV that I can plug my own computer into. No, I don’t want to use your google tv YouTube so everyone and their mother can swipe my credentials from your unsecured network. Btw, how about a secure internet connection. Ya know, so people can use it without their whole identity being stolen. Anyways, view: great. Location: great. Staff: great. Sweet shop inside the lobby: great. Pool: great. Internet, AC, TV, bed comfort…garbage tier stuff for the price. "

"Check-in we quick easy and simple. Room was nice and spacious 5 people stayed (2 adults 3 kids) Breakfast every morning from 6AM-10AM. Food was fresh and refilled as need. Had a variety of different choices daily. The main dish was never the same. Satff was nice friendly and helpful. Was an ok distance from Destin Beach30-45 min drive depending on the time pf the day. Contrustion is going on. The area around the hotel is quiet. There is plenty shopping areas within a few mile. We were very pleased with our stay will definitely stay again."

"The room was hot and miserable all hours of the night. The air would click off after 5 mi utes of running then shut off for maybe 1 hour then click back on. Staff once arrival charged an additional 150 after I’ve already payed for the entire stay thru app "

"The pool was really nice but it wasn't heated so the water was too cold to get in. I wish they had vending machines to get drinks or snacks late at night but they did open the gift shop for us to grab snacks. We wouldn't have known it was open if we didn't call. The gate was closed when we walked by the lobby. Over all, It was a very relaxing weekend. I am glad my friend and I got to go. We had a wonderful time. "

"The staff was very accommodating! Check-in was beyond easy. Beautiful unobstructed ocean views! The food at the poolside bar is great as well. We enjoyed the brunch twice. Felt quite safe with 2 young children. Will most definitely be back!"

"Very difficult location to get in and out of. The building is dirty and not well maintained at all. One key did not work which we did not realize until one of us stepped outside and couldn't get back in. The smell of cigarette smoke, despite being a no smoking facility, lingered throughout the building. Zero amenities, not even an ice machine, doors that required a linebacker to open and close. The one positive: the staff. The staff was very good, doing the best they can with a sub-standard property. I give the staff five stars."

"I loved this place. However, there is no beach at this property, well, only 2 feet of sand between the property wall and the water. But you can access the public beach within 11 minutes, if no traffic. "

"I love this property so much this will be the only place I stay. Very kid friendly and staff is so professional and kind. "
