Our room was very spacious, a really comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. There were also sufficient coat hangers in the wardrobe. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were provided in the room. Breakfast provided a good choice of hot and cold food and the staff were lovely. The reception is manned from 8am...

We could have put up with having to search for someone to check us in, the dirty carpets, battered dirty paint work, incredibly slow service , being made to feel an inconvenience for having dinner ( food was nice when we eventually got it) and not...
