"This is a first class hotel worthy of a Michelin rating. The service was excellent from the moment they met us, parked our car and took us to our beautiful room and expansive bathroom. The bar with cozy fire was relaxing for a pre dinner drink and to meet others. The chef delivered on quality meals and those waiting on us exceeded expectations. Left regretting we had not booked for longer."

"Overall lovely stay staff very friendly efficient with prompt service. As a 4 star hotel a few things could be improved like a fridge in the room to keep the bottled water they provided cold, air conditioning but probably would be too expensive to fit due to the age of the building and paintwork here and there needed touching up. There was a problem checking in to the hotel as they asked us to pay again even though we had already paid. They said they would sort it on checkout but this could have...
