"A great hotel with many unexpected surprises—we will definitely stay here again! It’s a real gem with fun, unique features. Highly recommended. ​Just one heads-up: the rooms face an inner courtyard, and every morning around 5:00 AM, staff members push carts and talk loudly, making a bit of a racket. Light sleepers might want to ask for an outer room!"

"Room was small for two people but good for a short stay. Restaurant terrasse has good wine. Area is nice and quiet. Continental breakfast buffet that was included in the stay was excellent with a lot of varieties of food."

"The hotel is in a great location and has great air conditioning which is a pretty big deal when it’s 90 degrees in Munich in May! Some of the staff were wonderful, some less so. Room was clean and bathroom large. Breakfast very nice. One elevator was down due to construction - totally get it but we mostly had to use the stairs because it would take too long to arrive or elevators full. Just an inconvenience. Overall good stay and we would recommend."

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachterrasse mit Blick über München. Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir sogar die Alpen sehen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Really nice modern clean hotel. Room was clean. My two sons and I had a room with dual bunks. Perfect for us. The shower and toilet conveniently adjacent in the room. Staff spoke English very well and were all helpful (both reception and the restaurant staff). The best feature of this stay was the incredible buffer breakfast complete with eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts, multiple coffee machines and breads and more. "Great location. Only a few blocks from the tourist areas so a very easy walk. The staff was very helpful too as they gave us a map and helped us get our bearings. It rained while we were in Munich but the hotel had umbrellas that we could borrow which was awesome! Breakfast was filling with an assortment of items sure to make everyone find something they like."

"The room assignment was disappointed. I booked a Premium room, hoping for more space than the Superior Rooms and have a accent chair and table. However I was assigned a Family Room with 2 twin beds + a double bed but with no accent chair table. The Family Room might be priced more expensive but it is a DOWNGRADE for me. I cannot make use of the extra bed. I have no chair and have to sit on the bed for TV and relax. I should have booked a cheaper Superior Room and could still have a chair and...
