"The facility is beautiful. I love the multiple hot tubs. The front desk people on the weekend were very helpful. Our grandson was graduating from Highschool and we wanted to stay somewhere special. Our room was not fantastic. It smelled a bit musty, the carpet had a big wet spot on it, the bathroom floor was sticky. We called these things to the attention of the desk, and the weekend crew did the best they could to remedy things, except for the musty smell. At breakfast, half the toaster didn't work, and when I brought it to the attention of the breakfast host, she simply said, " well just use the other side." That was after I had waited in line for 10-15 minutes to toast my bread. I asked if they had more decaf coffee, and the host said, "will you be drinking it all day?" This is not a cheap hotel, and I have been in many more reasonably priced places that seemed to care more about their guests. Not a big deal, but it did color my visit. Not sure if I will return."

"Beautiful new place. Clean modern large room and bathroom. Great bed and TV. Wonderful variety of breakfast foods. Staff was great. The bar and eatery offered a relaxing end to the day! Highly recommend."

"I waited to check in. Person was new. I was supposed to have a king bed, she went to check and it wasn't ready. Told her I needed the rest room. She took me to the conference room, bathroom was not clean. Ended up with 2 queen beds. Then the key machine wasn't working. I didn't want to bring my items in and leave the door open. Gal helped me get my stuff in. But I couldn't go out until late that night, when another person came in to fix the key maker and I finally got my key around 11PM. My room was clean. Gal tried her best."

"Room was too small for two double beds… one side of each bed was up against the wall. One of the beds had a mattress that was sagging deeply in the middle. Smell of cigarette smoke was coming in through the HVAC or somewhere. People in next room were loud and a lot of crude and offensive language."

"This is a very dated property. The staff were friendly enough, but the front desk is not staffed overnight. Breakfast was cold cereal, and a couple bagels and pieces of bread that looked as though they came out of a freezer- not appetizing at all. My room looked out over a back lot featuring abandoned buildings. There was a lot of noise during daylight hours- children crying, people talking loudly, etc. It was quiet at night. The room was clean but dated. The shower was comfortably warm. If staying for one night, this place is fine. If staying more nights, I'd recommend spending a little more to get a little more."
