"Very noisy doors. As it’s an airport hotel people are leaving early, very early, in the morning to catch their flights. The noise of room doors closing woke me up twice!"

"Hotel was in excellent location with shops nearby and easy access to Star casino’s walkway to Southbank. "

"Its a very out dated facility and not worth the money paid. No smart tv, the blinds dont shut properly so the light(thats never turned off outside) comes through, the bed was very uncomfortable and had a massive lump in the middle, no microwave, no toaster, only had terrible instant coffee, no pod machine, a kettle and long life milk. You have to climb into an old rickety bath tub to have a shower and the tap is at the other end. Unless this place was the only available hotel in an emergency I'd probably not go back. "

"Shocking. Photos are misleading. No bathroom facilities in rooms. Share toilets only. Not even clean. Showers run continually with buckets sitting under them. How is this property even listed on Wotif?"

"The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning."

"Good clean room with the basics you need including a good shower! The restaurant was humming and served a great steak and market fish of the day. "

"Room was very basic,no face clothes,just cups no saucers,no glasses to have a drink.Small bar fridge was on the floor,very difficult for an elderly person to reach and on the opposite end of the scale,the hand basin was so high that it nearly touched my chin."
