"Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also...

"We could hear and see the ocean. The property was broken oked the weekend we were there the pool and hot tub was Everytime we went down. Hit in the hot tub once and it was very nice."

"The room did not look the same as the one I booked, it was dirty, Hazzard concerns for families with kids, the open air hallways could blow a kid away of how strong the wind was. The odor was so bad and unit was so dirty, we ended up not staying there."

"The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to boil pots of water for the children to have warm water to bathe, the front isle of the stove closest to the sink didn’t work, the remote to the tv in the living room only powered the tv on but the channels couldn’t be changed and we have to unplug the tv just to turn it off. Oh and it would be nice if someone shampooed the carpets as they were filthy. Of course m I walk around with house slippers on but I was adamant about the children keeping...

"There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern.
