"This location is in an industrial area there are no restaurants and no supermarket there's a bus stop in front of the hotel which operates only on weekdays it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car the room cleaning service is 19eur per day"

"Breakfast was a bit disappointing for €19 each. Was woken by crying children outside our window at 6am. Lots of banging about from the rooms above us at 4 am. Loud music and shouting from the car park in the early hours. Was ment to be a relaxing break but we've both come back absolutely shattered. Staff very helpful."

"This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times. "

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "Location was ideal. Just minutes from the Brussels-Midi train station, no taxi needed. It was a good walk into town, but definitely walkable to get to the Grande Place and many of the sights, great bars and restaurants. We were only there overnight, and spent most of our time out and about, so the very small room was not a big inconvenience. The staff was very welcoming and there was a coffee bar in the lobby offering everything from a macchiato to hot chocolate to tea, and a place to sit and...
