"Good breakfeast"

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"Absolutely excellent stay at Comfort Inn Midland exceeding my expectations. Morning breakfast 6am- 9am is wonderful the staff come around consistently filling up an additional bonus. The staff are wonderful as the cleaning crew always smiling and helpful. "A gorgeous property with beautiful views of Lake Joseph. Both restaurants were amazing with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Our room was clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Next time I would be sure to request a room that is more accessible, we were on the top floor of the furthest building and getting up & down three flights of stairs with luggage etc was difficult. Being early spring we were unable to use any of the amenities so the resort fee was somewhat unnecessary."

"So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. No tissues in the room, our key cards stopped working 3 times and then clearly was locked out of room, once with the dogs and the kids early in the morning in our jammies, the other time was wet from the pool with kids who had to Pooh, and then another time we had our conpeltle hands full trying to leave with food and...

"I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep."

"Everything was awsome. The cabin looked so good and was so cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace it was a coldish night. There were no bugs anywere even though we found a considerable amount of spider webs on the walls which we were first concerned about. But didn't see any spiders during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. There was a barbecue outside which we got really excited about.
