"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was horrible. When I arrived, I found a roach in the pool, and the pool area did not feel clean or properly maintained. There were also little to no activities or entertainment, which was extremely disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. Another major issue was the food. After 11 PM, there were basically no food options available, and if you wanted to order something for delivery, you had to pay for it yourself, even though you already paid for an...
