Petit bemol pour la superbe piscine....les enfants en bas âge qui hurlent sans être repris par les parents qui s amusent avec eux comme s ils étaient dans un jardin aquatique extérieur....très dommage pour se détendre. Il mériterait que qques consignes soient données à l accueil pour l espace piscine avec les réservations enfants."

"We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. "Wir hatten dort einen wunderschönen Mini-Urlaub! 😊 Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Wir sind oft zu Fuß den Berg hinunter zum Strand gegangen und haben dann mit den Kindern ein Bolt zurück nach oben genommen. Das hat super funktioniert. Leider hält der Bus inzwischen nicht mehr direkt vor der Ferienunterkunft."
