"A very nice condo to stay at in Waikiki, with designated parking in the garage (very important in a place like this). Location was great, and we had a view straight at the beach which was only a 3 minute walk away. This is also in a spot where you can walk into the bustle of Waikīkī very easily and quickly too. The building is a bit old, but is well maintained. Amenities in the condo are more than great. Some of the lent items such as beach chairs or the cooler are a bit old, but still usable....

"Everything was as expected at the price point of the unit. Nothing fancy or disappointing. Check-in was easy; parking in Waikiki was a steal; the unit was clean (we did not see any cockroaches). But the office general manager (Rochelle) was the best part of the business! We had an issue at the unit, and she went out of her way to deal with it. She was very polite, professional, and absolutely wonderful, actively trying to deal with the issue. I appreciate that a lot."

"Great location with great service. Parking with no additional fee was the great deal in Hawaii and the full kitchen option worked out great for our family. We didn't have any issues while we stayed at sweetwater waikiki. The only thing what was inconvenient is you need to bring the dirty towels to be able to exchange to new towels."

"The Panaramic Ocean View Resort was a great choice! Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It's a great location with a great view. Lots to do within walking distance. The room was spacious with all you need. Our nine nights were incredible!"

"This property is absolutely perfect. Near so many different stores and restaurants and the walk to the beach is smooth and simple. The condo was extremely clean. The only con I have is checkout time is extremely early considering you have to clean up take trash out wash dishes power off everything. Really didn’t have much time to wake up but besides that 10/10 highly recommend. "
