"The staff and our room was great and clean. Was surprised at how busy and packed all the pools and beaches were. We never got to use any amenities due to how busy it was. Luckily we had a rental and went to other beaches."

"The Oceanfront Jr Suite was wonderful and better than expected! Both the bed and pullout sofa bed were very comfortable. The staff was the friendliest of all the places we visited while on the island. We found that the drinks at the pool bar were pretty high priced and low on the “spirits” lol but ..."

"We went for breakfast at the restaurant at the top of the property. Paid 107.00 for fake eggs. Totally insulting. We go to Honolulu every year and will probably never stay at the Sheraton again"
