"Room was very clean"

"Loved my room. Bedding was great. Staff were so kind and friendly. Loved the location. My most relaxing vacation."

"Very clean room, staff are kind and always"

"Was unaware of the $49 a night for parking at facility. The beds were very hard, the water goes cold randomly, the pool is not heated. Staff was very friendly and assisted us with street parking, fresh towels as needed and rooms cleaned daily."

"It was a nice one night stay"

"I picked this hotel on a whim and it ended up being a great whim! The room was really nice and had the most AMAZING view. We would sit on the sofa and watch the boats. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance and three conscience stores super close. We had a great stay!"

"Unfortunately, my stay at White Sands Hotel was far from enjoyable and did not meet my expectations. While the hotel benefits from a convenient location near Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. The bathrooms were noticeably dirty, the room had a strange, unpleasant odor, and the corridors throughout the property appeared poorly maintained. Housekeeping was disappointing, with a clear lack of attention to cleanliness...

"The room was superficially clean but could definitely have been better. The staff were awesome and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. Our only complaint is that we accidentally left two items of clothing in our room and when we went back to get them a few hours later we were told they could not be located. So pretty disappointed on that."

"Loved our stay 100%"

"Distance to the Shops and beach is nice. The remote check-in was easier to access."
