"The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price."

I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. "Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays."

"Have stayed here several times over the years. Great location, and views of the river. Rooms are very generous in size, and clean. However, things have been sliding downwards ever so slowly. Staff if no longer as helpful as they used to be, and the on-site restaurant is no longer a decent place to eat. It is understaffed, overpriced, and the food quality leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because the place used to be really awesome, and is still decent for the most part."

"The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again"

After being gone for over 8 hours we found that housekeeping never came. My husband had to go downstairs to ask them to clean the room up.
