"This hotel was a convenient distance from Schipol Airport, which is a hub for connecting to all of the Netherlands. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The front desk staff made our stay much more enjoyable because they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though we had a few bumps with the pullout bed, they took care of them with efficiency and kindness. We would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting the Netherlands!"

"We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint...

"We had a bery comfortable stay here at NH Schipol .
The room is newly renovated.
Foods in breakfast buffet are excellent and well laid out.
Special mention to the staff NOA front desk she managed to give us quiet room
Free drinks for my birthday.
WALID and ERMAD - restaurant area, very polite kind and the foods are delicious.
Every one are nice amd friendly.

This is a decent place overall, but our room was very dark with poor lighting. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, likely because there is no exhaust fan.
The shuttle service to Schiphol Airport is very convenient, which is a big plus. The hotel is adjacent to the Bastion Hotel and the buildings are connected, but access to the Best Western entrance is from the corner and is not very convenient.
We booked the room through Expedia and selected a room with breakfast, but...

"So many things wrong with this place. The shower and the toilet were in the same room and they weren’t level so when you took a shower, it would flood then you would have to wait for the drain which took forever because the drain was broken when we first got there I complained that the room was too small because it didn’t fit the picture she upgraded me for $25 to a slightly bigger room. The beds had a little sheet on them so we had to sleep with our clothes on cause it was so cold every night...
