"This was a good option for a night near Schiphol? Clearly well run and very efficient. Delays checking in gave me an unsolicited voucher for a drink and huge apologies. I was in an accessible/disabled room which made for a strange wet room toilet combo with minimal space around the sink? Wish I had been advised of this as would have requested different room? "Accommodation was very good. Three things to improve: a little more storage place in the bathroom (two or three towel hooks and a shelf would do), a garbage can for table waste on breakfast tables and higher water pressure in the shower would be very nice. "Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing! The only thing to keep in mind that rooms don't have fridges, but it could be requested for an additional cost. Location is easy to get around.
