"El aire acondicionado esta en malas condiciones, el aire está saturado de polvo.
La limpieza del cuarto es solo extender el cobertor de la cama y cambio de toallas, los muebles están llenos de polvo y el baño con manchas de agua.

"Loads of pros for this hotel! A new property and it shows in the modern design of the room and bathroom. Super clean which I really enjoyed. Our room also came with a balcony which was a lovely touch. Overall the cleanliness and aesthetics of the place was really amazing. It’s also super close to the bus stop (2 min walk) and pretty close to the train station (less than 10 mins) which made it super convenient for our early flight.

"First member of staff who checked us in was pretty bad to be honest. They came across as if they really didn’t want to be there. I compared their attitude to the other staff and it was miles apart. "バスタブありの部屋を予約したのに
部屋に入るとシャワーのみでした。
フロ ントに行き、伝えるとバスタブありの部屋に変更してくれました。
予約時の写真と異なる場合は、行った方が良いですよ。
あと、空港に行くバスは予約制と承知してましたが、チェックイン時に翌朝の予約をしようとしたら満席で予約不可でした。
結果、一本前のバスを予約しました。
アムステルダムの街中ホテルは倍以上の価格なので、こちらは清潔で広く良いです。
私は一泊だけだったので満足してますが、連泊なら多少狭くても街中が良いようにも思えます。
ホテルは清潔、広い、スタッフも親切で安定のホテルです。気になるのは場所とバスの予約だけですね。"

"The receptionist was extremely rude, and not helpful at all, the hallways smelt really bad almost like rotten onion and the rooms are not sound proof at all you hear everything happening outside your room and it can be disturbing. Even if it is windy outside you will hear it, there is no AC and minimal ventilation so it makes it extremely warm inside the room. We had a very uncomfortable experience."
