"This spot is a hidden gem! Completely inside the rainforest and the staff is amazing. They only use reusable silverware and dining ware even for cooking in your own. The bathrooms are very clean and near the room and the room is right in the rainforest. It started pouring rain in the middle of the night which sounded incredible!"

"The only bright spot about the Mantra Heritage is the location, central to the main town.
The biggest gripe I have is that this hotel does not service the rooms unless you have stayed 8 days, I think that is disgusting and explains why everything looks dirty and tired. You do not know about this until after you check in, and receive their instruction sheet.
