"While it wasn’t anything flash it did the job. Amenities were nice, staff were really friendly and helpful. For us the location was ideal, close to town and close to the port where most of our activities left from. "

"Really terrible! I could ignore the previous guests towels hanging up drying on the porch, the shower not cleaned, but I couldn’t ignore that the bed had bedbugs!!! For the price of the room, I would expect a minimum of a clean bed, I could feel them crawling and biting me all night. I spoke with a staff member the next morning and they said they would investigate and call me back…of course no return call. I guess the next guest will have the same problem! "The water view room was light, bright and airy despite being a little small. Both cleaning and guest services teams were very professional and friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being in the heart of town, the room was surprisingly quiet. An extra bonus was being on flat ground, near the water and within walking distance of most attractions. Happy not to have to hike/taxi the incredibly steep hills of Airlie after a night out. "

"Tv wouldn’t work they wouldn’t fix it advertises daily housekeeping saw no one in 4 days had to go the shops toilet paper sugar etc as they wouldn’t replace any of it rude n no good"
