"I had very little time on this trip, so I did not address these issues with the staff. In the few interactions I did have with them, the staff was friendly and helpful. In the room, there were holes in the walls that could have been easily patched. The safe had no power. The decaff tea was missing. The shower drain was incredibly slow. The accent light over bed was missing a panel. The sheets looked as if they had sat in a pile for weeks before they were put on the bed, or they were used, I...

"I like this brand. I know what to expect when we check in. Here are the problems we experienced here. 1) Could not get an answer to request the shuttle to pick us up at rental car area, 2) Ice machine did not work on our floor. Went to another floor and cleaning staff got the one on that floor with some difficulty. 3) Casting on TV would not work. Maintenance was able to get it working, Bath and room are great."

We were promptly checked in and given our room #. Room was wonderful and no complaints other than location. First floor, right next to "new entrance" and double...
