"Tremendous staff"

"It was nice place, breakfast was great. I’m rating 4 stars only because I requested crib for my baby and was confirmed by staff several days before and I requested again during the check in but never received it and nobody communicated with me."

"The Princeton Hyatt Regency is the ideal of hotels. It is well maintained, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and room layouts, and they have been very thoughtful of ways to improve the guest experience. There is a beautiful bar and restaurant area. The location is a bit secluded and one can take a lovely walk in the courtyard between the hotel and the other buildings in the complex). The indoor koi pond is also lovely. 10/10, no notes."

"Location needs work and updating. The amount of people outside talking and making noise all night is crazy. This is not the place to grab a room for the night and expect to have a peaceful evening sleeping. Noise, Cars, Yelling never stops. The condition of the room leads me to believe the stays here are more for temporary housing and less of a hotel chain. Expedia needs to review this location on the site and correctly identify it to the parties using the website to make reservations."

"The location was good; however, the hotel rooms are very old, and it shows it, a constant noise was coming through the bathroom wall. The AC filters were dirty, smell of dust coming out of the AC."

"Much more expensive than other Hampton Inn hotels where I have stayed. This is not a clean and well maintained property. Dark Hallway, smells bad, its carpets soiled and old, Pieces of equipment, chairs, parts, air conditioners, hidden behind a curtain at end of hallway. Poor breakfast, not even bananas! Staff was ok."

The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."
