"The staff at this property was incredible- they learned me and my son’s name by day two of our stay- and they were on top of everything. The resort offers free bikes and kayaks, loved that. Food at the restaurant was good, ceviche at dock bar was outstanding. Overall, property and room were clean. Unexpected treat was the fire pit with s’mores for the kids nightly. "We stayed here for our 20th anniversary and enjoyed it so much! The staff are so welcoming and attentive and the resort is well-maintained and clean in a good location. We stayed in a seafront suite and could see the water from our room. The plunge pool could be more private but the view was great. "This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to...
