Owners were on site and extremely accommodating to our family. The included breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient to area features like Pennyrile State Park and Beach. Also a great water park 5 minutes away. The only disappointment was the pool not yet open.

Everything new, clean, bright and appealing. All carpets are gone and replaced by clean bright washable flooring; a plus for everyone. Beautiful bathrooms. Nothing is lacking. Inexpensive price points. Fabulous value. Genuine staff. Close to every service.

Had a hot breakfast every morning which is a must have for me when I'm traveling. Room/bath was clean and loved the laminate flooring, so much nicer than carpets. Quiet stay and the lady at the front desk while I was there during the mornings, 5/25/25 to 5/28/25 was EXCELLENT!!

The rooms were very nice cuz they've redone everything the front desk girl very sweet very nice. The gentleman the next day that was working there was horrible to me horrible to my daughter I don't know if he was just trying to protect the property or what he was doing but he spoke with my daughter out of his pocket and I don't appreciate that. All around stay pretty good

The blinds didn’t work in our window. Someone had broken them so they were up all the time. I did share this information with the front desk.

My room was supposed to have a bath tub. When I asked about it I was told she just gave that room away. I booked that room for the tub. I'm disabled and can't stand in showers that well. I had to cut my trip short due to slipping in the shower and hurting my back. We were t told the pool was closed. The elevator is kinda sketchy. They are remolding the hotel and our room was nice except the no tub part. The staff was nice tho.
