Khách sạn Horbach

"I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!"

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Fijne ruime kamer. Fijn dat we buiten openingstijd konden inchecken."

"Rundum sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Very nice accommodations with nice amenities. Staff was really pleasant and always helpful to our needs."

"Very clean and my room had by the looks of it had recently been upgraded, could have done with a fan being available in the room, breakfast was acceptable but slow in coming"

"Alles super."

"We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Barbarossahof in Kaiserslautern! We hosted a party there, and the staff were incredible in helping us set up the room and prepare for the celebration. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. Our hotel room was stunning, and the quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!"

"Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again."

"Alles war in ordnung"

"Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY."

"The restaurant is fantastic, along with the staff. Swimming pool is pleasant to have a bit of exercise after a long day at work. Great location, close to the designer outlet at Zweibruecken and motorway. Clean room, complementary toiletries, hairdryer, minibar and everything else you would expect from a quality hotel. Beds are super comfy and parking is good."

"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the...
