"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

"We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald "
"Overall, the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Ours was a very warm welcome, and help was extended every time we requested for something. We loved the place and would definitely come back again if we got a chance.
Only issue we had was when we were leaving and had to park in the front (had no where else to park) to load the bags. We did end up blocking the bus/road, but 1 Irish hostess asked us to move not in a polite way. We found this very rude, considering that we were guests....

"We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking.
The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze.
