"This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families."

"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. "The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay if expectations are lowered, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with young children due to the atmosphere. This feedback is...

"The apartment was spacious andvery clean. The living room didn't have a sofa though, only two armed chairs so there was no confortable area to sit at the end of the day. I was told I had an assigned parking but every time we came back tired from visiting the city I had to look for another place to park. Their parking area is VERY limited, the rest is street parking and you have to move the car before 8:00 am. Not good. The neighborhood is not too nice and there are some "different" people...
