"The staff at Hotel Ruze were more than accomodating and kind. My partner uses a wheelchair and we were assisted every step of the way. And there were a lot of steps! Things that would have been helpful to know: the spa is downstairs, two sets of stairs. It’s gorgeous. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Thai massages were excellent. "The staff were extremely kind and hospitable! We left some stuff behind and they contacted us on Expedia ASAP for us to pick it up before we left the town. We were very grateful. The room was big and spacious and toilet was clean. There were good supply of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. We loved that they also provided some coffee powder for us in the morning. Highly recommend!

"Very poor experience.
We made our reservation two months in advance and it was already paid, but upon arrival, it was not in the hotel’s system. After waiting over 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, they finally gave us a room key — but it turned out to be an occupied room.
When we returned to the front desk, they offered us another room, but it was much smaller than the one we had booked, and they said it was the only one available.
