"Check in was courteous well done but could have been quicker. Room was clean, laid out well and had proper toiletries etc. I went to use hot tub but it looked like it needed cleaned. The staircase was dusty and so were other areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was ok in quality but they were out of coffee so guests had to go to the lobby for coffee and the eggs were out for for quite a while despite very few guests in the breakfast area. No one was at the front...
