Our stay was okay, but there were several things that made the hotel feel dated and in need of better maintenance. The biggest drawback was the room itself. The carpet felt outdated, the showerhead had noticeable limescale buildup, and the cover on the smoke detector was missing which raised some concerns about upkeep. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and worn, and when we requested extra pillows, none were available. The blanket provided were also quite scratchy. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear the train early in the morning. There was also a strong chlorine smell when walking into the hotel entrance. On the positive side, the main bed was comfortable and we slept well once we were in it. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and had a good variety of options that met our needs. Overall, this hotel was adequate for a short stay, but I think it would benefit from some updates and closer attention to maintenance and guest comfort.

Upon arriving at the hotel at 2:30 pm, I was informed that the rooms were not prepared and that I would need to return after 5 pm to proceed with check-in. Incidentally, I accidentally struck my shin (above the foot area) due to a protruding steel piece from the mattress on my side of the bed. Despite my previous complaint to the staff, who had promised to address the issue, no action was taken. I attempted to lift the mattress to dislodge the protruding piece, but was unsuccessful. Additionally, the containers for shampoo and body soap were empty, despite my previous request to the desk for refills. The sink was somewhat clogged, resulting in a delay in water drainage when used. The breakfast was not of satisfactory quality.

Very nice, clean room-staff was most helpful in filling empty bathroom toiletries and providing extra linens. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and were all fresh and hot. Would stay there again if the opportunity should arise.

Rooms very clean and comfy. Hot tub is nice and hot. We were told house keeping would be in to clean every 3rd day of out stay to ask the desk if we needed anything. No problem. So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst part was the staff named Liz. She was in care of the breakfast area. Breakfast was suppose to go till 10:30am. Just before 9:30am we go down to eat. No eggs, hardly any biscuts and gravy. All the cold stuff was picked over. She hadn't refilled anything. When my fiance asked if she was gonna she was snotty and replied she hadn't planned on it since breakfast was almost done. There was still a hour left. Other people were in the room eating Mc donalds due to not having stuff available as well. When my fiance stated that there was an hour yet he was accused of being rude and yelling at her when all he infact did was ask. So dont recommend this place if u want to enjoy a included breakfast. You will be left hungry or going to a restaurant. So disappointed. Breakfast should be replenished as long as breakfast hours are still going on.

The property was nice enough. Unfortunately, it's close to train tracks and other noise. We noticed huge piles of leaves near the air conditioning units right outside the workout area. Someone sabotaged the second treadmill, so it could not be used. Finally, there were no gluten-free breakfast items for my wife to choose from, so the "free breakfast" didn't work out for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was courteous well done but could have been quicker. Room was clean, laid out well and had proper toiletries etc. I went to use hot tub but it looked like it needed cleaned. The staircase was dusty and so were other areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was ok in quality but they were out of coffee so guests had to go to the lobby for coffee and the eggs were out for for quite a while despite very few guests in the breakfast area. No one was at the front desk when we were going to check out so we just dropped our keys and left.

Nice clean hotel. Next to railroad so you might consider that since the train comes through all hours with the horn blowing. Breakfast was good selection. Only problem we had was the curtain in our room didn’t cover the whole length of the window(almost like there should have been another curtain on it. It was letting alot of light in. Told staff but I think maintenance may have been too busy to fix it that day.
