"The room bed linens and towels were clean but the floors and hard surfaces were not clean and the hotel rooms did not smell fresh. The public bathroom dispenser did not have soap and overall it just did not feel like cleanliness was a priority.
I will not stay at this location again."

"The front desk staff that we encountered were very friendly. Just wish the room, specifically the bedding was clean. The fitted sheet had a crusty spot about hand sized. Hair, that was not ours. Something splattered on the bed skirt. We were too exhausted to care, just laid down towels and slept on top of that."

"There was no toilet paper in the room. There was blood on the doorway into the bathroom area, other assorted drips of what we don't know what in the bathroom area. There were bugs and hair in the bed. There were many lights out in the room. Late at night there was a lady outside that was screaming bloody murder. Later there were 5 cop cars and cops lining the balcony."

"There was no hot water. And when I asked for a refund, they said no until Expedia had to call them and get involved.
There is no AC. There is no TV remote. The room was filthy and because we were on our last leg of our journey, we had nowhere else to go. It was a terrible experience.
Do not stay here if you can avoid it."

"For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop.
There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30.
For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack.
The bathroom had one very small shelf above...

"From the start we had some hiccups. There is no front desk, no one working on site. Check in was through text which wasn’t sent when called the number the bar offered us it was an AI person which roughly took us 30 mins standing in the sun outside the locked front door. Once in the room was cute, nice with a wet bar too. The bathroom door slammed shut which left it smelling musty and poopy inside. We went to dinner enjoyed a concert and walked back to the end of our night. Once ready for bed...

"The staff were efficient with the check-in process. However, staff were not present at the front desk throughout the afternoon. Instead, there was a bell to ring for service.
There were components of the room that had been updated, such as counters and sinks. However, the bathroom door showed its age with obvious water damage and peeling paint on the bottom edge.
I prefer stand-up showers rather than tub/shower combinations. So I wish the hotel would make this available for some rooms and...
