"Front desk person Heidi was so unhelpful. She never pointed out hand written sign in Danish giving WiFi. Neither the sign in Danish that the luxurious dinning room had no alcoholic drinks. We said no to breakfast which she put on our bill anyways Dinner was so unbelievably slow that people were knocking on the kitchen door. This is a magnificent property but they need staff who are trained."

"Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff is very friendly and answered any questions we had. The cabin was simple, however enough for what we needed. We slept like babies. Amazing sunrise and sundowns, although these can not be guaranteed. 😉"
