"Beautiful room with a lot of character, lovely view, personal welcoming touches, the fridge, hot pot and microwave we needed, perfectly clean, and...customer support answered me at midnight bc we were having problems getting in!
Turns out we were at the wrong hotel. Ummm....embarrassed. But I was happily shocked that the Bob W. staff got on this right away. I was standing outside a hotel with two teens in town, so very much appreciated all the personal help. Cannot say enoigh about this place!...

"Vi var nio personer som bodde på Hostel. Rummen var små en funktionella med två våningssängar i varje. Gemensam toalett och dusch i korridoren. Frukosten var bra, det fanns lite av varje. Personalen i receptionen lämnade lite övrigt att önska men alla kan ha en dålig dag på jobbet.
Rekommenderar absolut det här boendet. Om man kommer med bil är det mycket smidigt. Finns två tunnelbanestationer inom 5-7 minuters gångväg men det är inte långt att gå in till Slussen om man föredrar det."
