"Lovely hotel! The staff was wonderful and accommodated the few requests that I had, such as a standard big bed (rather than the split version), and had a fan to use in the room (there was air conditioning as well). Loved the heated floors in the bathroom & heated towel rack. Shower was a great size too. Location is easy to access anything you’re looking for. Breakfast was delicious as well & had some Vegan options, which was nice."

"Nice historic building on a bit of a hill on a quiet street. It has a cobbled entry that is a little difficult with large luggage. The room was clean and a nice size. Room amenities and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite varied and there is lots of seating inside and outside the hotel. Very close to the subway. As well, if you enjoy vintage/ secondhand shopping, it is located in the midst of the Slow Fashion District. Really enjoyed my stay here!"

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all regards. Breakfast was quite good and my room was very clean and sufficient. It's a very basic accommodation with quite poor TV reception and few amenities. But I was looking for basic, safe and clean and the property does well on those accounts. Enjoyed my stay."

"The front desk staff were very good. Our room was next to the elevators and it was very quiet. The hotel does not have air con so it was a little warm. Upon check out we looked under the bed to see if we left anything behind and found a used food container with moldy food in it. Yuck!"
