"Experience was great"

"The rooms and beds were good, check in was efficient. Sadly I had picked the hotel over another because it had a hot tub which was closed. The tv didn’t work, and the wifi was awful. Not things worth the hassle of trying to fix late at night after travelling all day but disappointing. There was lotion and a bottle of conditoner but no shampoo."

"We really appreciated that they upgraded us to a king tent. We had booked 2 twins but she upgraded us to a king tent for no charge. We are in our 70s so we appreciated it so much as my husband is tall and we were much more comfortable and kept warm better as it went down to 45 degrees. Nice experience!!! First time ever. "

"Gorgeous property, super clean and comfy fully furnished tents. Beds are amazing with 6 layers of covers and good pillows. The staff are AMAZING! Just overall excellent experience. We look forward to visiting again."

"The room would have been bearable if it was on the ground or upper floor. Unfortunately it was down a flight of steps into a basement. The view was of a concrete wall so almost no natural light, & the room smelt very musty. However the shower was ok & the bed seemed clean & comfortable. The kitchenette looked grim. Breakfast was pallid scrambled eggs & neon sausage. Pretty awful for over $260."

"Cute room, smaller hotel that was very clean and comfortable. It's close to West Yellowstone and there are many outdoor activities around. We did not go to the restaurant as prices were a bit high and we had our own food with us. We will stay again"

"Arrived late after 7:30 pm (we had messaged them to let them know we would be late). Room was to be ready by 4:00 pm and at 7:30ish, It was not. It was still in the state left by the previous occupants. Not at all ready for us and there was not a cleaning crew on site. Also this room #3 and it was to have a hot tub and there was none. It would have all been okay but they did not have another room to put us in so we had to drive another 62 miles to Rexburg where a room was available at a hotel....

"The other reviews describe this place perfectly. Nothing fancy to look at but it's in the BEST location in town. You can walk to everything you need. Our room was clean, finally a shower I felt like I could wash my hair in (IYKYK) and plenty of hot water. I will try and book here every time in the future!"
