"I was really impressed with the Holiday Inn Guildford! As soon as you walk in, the hotel feels beautiful, spacious and luxurious. The amenities were excellent, and the whole place had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a little touch of luxury, and I really enjoyed my experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Functional hotel, bathroom in need of modernisation and a good scrub! Bit pathetic that you have to pay to use spa facilities, pay for parking and breakfast doesn’t come as standard."

"For $1,000/night, there are a few things I would expect to receive, such as valet parking, fully trained staff and maybe an update to very tired room decor.
Everyone was very friendly, our dinner at The Latymer was sublime, the spa facilities are quite nice, but the whole place is in dire need of a facelift and a comprehensive staff training..."

"The staff were lovely and we had a great welcome. The club room was small and smelt musty. We put on the heating as the room was freezing when we arrived, it then got too hot, opened window to find thick black mildew.
Pillows are hard.
Swimming pool tiny and chaotic
It's such a pity, as we normally really enjoy village hotels"
