"The whole staff were outstanding."

"I didn’t like that there was no coffee in the room"

"The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us."

"The toilet seat was broke, floors dirty, tile coming up from the floor, no towels or soap left in the room. The desk person was nice and did get us some towels and soap. The ad said near the lake and no where near the lake. You can’t even see the lake from there. Just a bad experience. I will not stay there again."

"We loved our stay at Walden Retreats. Becky checked us in and was so welcoming and informative of our tent and things to do while we were there. I was worried that the tent would be warm in the first of August, but we kept the shades down during the day and the fans on. "There was duct tape on the floor holding it together. Roaches came out when the lights came on in the bathroom. Killed 6 of them trying to use the bathroom."

"I really liked how clean and managed it was going back to the past . They use real keys not cards . If im ever back in the area i will stop again would recommend it to everyone. Draw back was no coffee lol but go about a block and get coffee and doughnuts."

"If you absolutely have to have a place to sleep and you don’t wanna sleep in your car I guess you could sleep here, but please do not look at the pictures and think that that’s where you’re staying. I promise it’s not even even that good"

"The rooms were very clean there was places to eat and a convenient store right there in walking distance even a coffee house there my stay was pleasant and they had very reasonable prices I will definitely go back."

"Everything was fantastic except for the trash that was left on the front porch by the previous occupant. This was in the instructions for checkout, but the staff never picked it up. I messaged them about it, it was still there two days later when we checked out, but now ours is sitting next to it. I’m not sure if there is anyone on-site over night, we never saw anyone."
