"Absolutely worst motel I’ve ver booked, my husband and I did not even stay 10 minutes in that room because of how filthy and disgusting it was. As soon as we parked we noticed a lot of activity going on in the parking lot, lots of people walking around, very loud, so safety was already a concern at that point. We then go up to the room, as soon as we get the door open a ROACH runs right across the door. first thing I always do when staying at a hotel is inspect the beds, floor, restrooms etc....

"My only gripe would be they don't answer the phone at all at the front desk. I was trying to call before check-in to let them know my wife would be checking in and not me. Also see if they had a room ready for early check-in but they kept picking up and hanging up in my face or transferring me to nothing. They even did it to Hilton Representative because I call them to help me and they call the property several times and even they couldn't get through. Other than that and a few missing towels in...
