Nice hotel, But a little disappointed this time.
"Nice hotel, Staff etc..as before.... but..... We always book similar adjoining/neighbouring rooms where available, if unavailable, a response would have been appreciated. Our messages appear to have been ignored and, on arrival, we found that one of the two booked Premium King Rooms had been changed ..."
