"When we arrived there was a very inebriated/altered female outside our room at the top of the staircase. Once she was sequestered by her friend, all was well until there were very loud banging sounds at 4am from their room. It was unnerving for my 15 year old."

"The room bathtub was not draining… so standing and water after rinsing off was not pleasant. Also the towels can be updated. The clean towels that we were handed were very dirty looking as if they were extremely old. The staff was nice"
