"I was trapped in shower access to my room entailed cutting a hole from hotel corridor into room. If a friend had not raised the alarm I could have been there for days. 2 and a half hours was enough A frightening experience. Health and Safety of guests totally ignored"

"Staff was always willing to help when needed. Our only incident was an issue with the coffee maker with a pod being stuck in it and we couldn't remove it. We called down and they brought up a replacement coffee maker and took the existing one immediately. The room was extremely clean."
