"For 340 a night in Hot Springs Arkansas (not a large city) I expected at least a continental breakfast to be available. Staff and hotel were excellent otherwise. "

"The gym did not have enough equipment at all. The pool was pretty hazy and something on pool wall and floor that was extremely rough on your skin/feet. "

"We stayed in a room with 2 double beds and it was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. The beds were like sleeping on a card board box, they were so hard. Was praying for daylight. The hotel needs an overhaul very badly, carpet in hall had a big place down the middle that had a big roll in it. Very dangerous for elderly walking. Our son had a room with a king size bed but he said it was soft, so maybe replacing small beds would help. Not sure I would ever book this hotel again. "

"Room was clean, bathroom door would not latch properly and bathroom floor was worn. Stairs were slanted down making them a bit hard to climb."
