"The check-in process; it requires you to access to the internet (WiFi) or strong mobile phone signals in order to activate the digital keys (to open the gate & your room). My phone has very weak signals and unable to open the link to the hotel website for directions/instructions to the digital keys .... To make the matter worse; the hotel only sends you the above inf. at 16:00 on the date of your arrival and no sooner; in my case, by the luck of the draw, they forgot to send it to me on time. ...

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very cute and super convenient as it is right in front of the train station and a tao tram station, the terrace was so peaceful, although the view was kinda limited you could see the cathedral so that was more than enough. The breakfast was also really good and the staff are really kind. Perhaps my only complain is that the light of bathroom of my room worked with a sensor, and said light was turned off automatically while I was taking a shower, nothing too...

"Good location, but the hotel is showing its age. Rooms felt tired and could do with a proper clean. Facilities are thin on the ground. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep, but don't expect much beyond that."

"Das Bild des Hotels an der Strassenseite ist das ganze Gegenteil der erschreckenden Ansicht vom Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist im Inneren jedoch absolut modernisiert, alles sehr sauber und ordentlichund deshalb absolut empfehlenswert. Bei Vollbelegung stösst der Parkplatz jedoch an seine Kapazizätsgrenze."

"Hotel veraltet, überall fleckiger Teppichboden. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert aber tropft. Vom Dachfenster kamen schwarze Brösel auf das Bett runter. Fernseher war defekt. Frühstück sehr einfach wenig Auswahl. Kinderstühle waren schmutzig."

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden twee fietsen bij ons. Deze konden wij binnen zetten achter gesloten deur. Ook de uitleg voor parkeren en bezoek aan het centrum heeft ons goed geholpen."
