"I had such a beautiful stay at Ramsgate Hotel. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail, which made my stay feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The location is truly something special. "Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter. Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision. Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...

"Fully refurbished, new, clean room & premises. We were very impressed overall. Friendly staff, plenty of parking. Room had tea/coffe, kettle, hairdryer, but please note no microwave. Maybe some rooms have them? "

"Nice new building, however there is a weird smell in the room. Smell like rotten eggs but definitely not natural gas. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. No free on site parking but can park for free at the park and ride 200 metres away. "
