"The room, no wider than 6 feet, no longer than 9 feet, the bathroom, a wc and washbasin that, at 5,5 and 10 stone, I needed to open the door to use. Absolute disgrace, looks nice until you stay there, the desk, all 18 inches of it covered by a fan. I checked out after 1 night. Never again"

"Dishan is awesome and very helpfull. Is a cozy place , few minutes walk from Hounslow Central Station. There are a variety of places to dine ."

"Very well Clean , quite, smell very nice The people there very nice 😊 yes I do recommend the place 💞🙏"

"I liked the rubble bed"

"Easy access to Heathrow and the tube"

"Well manitained , and the reception is great."

"Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived with a confirmed Expedia reservation, but the hotel was unable to honor it because no rooms were available. Andrea at the front desk explained that she could not find me a room, but she did try to call other hotels to help me find alternative accommodation. I appreciate her effort, but the situation was still very frustrating. Expedia was also unable to resolve the issue because the hotel did not answer their call, leaving me to pursue a refund...

"It’s an ok place to stay very convenient for terminal 4 , evening food was ok but expensive , breakfast below average I would get something in the terminal or use a lounge"

"For the price paid this an excellent hotel at Heathrow. Easy free transport from terminal 2 & 3. Good breakfast included."

"This hotel was not only convenient for my layover but comfortable and welcoming. The bed was perfect and the staff were helpful."

"A great room near Heathrow and handy airport shuttle service. Plenty of dining options in and around the hotel. Walkable to car hire drop off zone as well. Will stay again"

"Close proximity to London Heathrow. About 10-15min drive. The hotel has a shuttle you can take for a fee and they also connect you with a taxi for a fee. Beds were very comfortable. I liked how big and plush the towels are. Bathroom could use some maintenance as the ceilings/walls looked kinda moldy/dirty. The breakfast was the best! We truly ate like kings."

"The hotel was dark and dirty. The bathroom in our room the tub/shower combination didn’t work for me. The tub was too high. I’m only 5 feet and it was as tall as I am. The shower door was a half door. It only came where the water ended. Not good!! We did not have any face cloth either. Would I stay there again. NO!!"
