"The hotel was in the perfect spot for our trip. In walking distance to so many beautiful sights and fun bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly polite and kind. The hotel was always tidy and clean. Perfect place to stay at while in Prague!!"

"Wir bewohnten zu 6. das Penthouse und es war absolut perfekt. Die Lage ist großartig und die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr sauber."

"+ Very clean and cosy room, it’s perfect located, … - in the Bathroom it was a little bit cold, there was something you could set the temperature, but always after the cleaning it was set back to a very low temperature"

"Great boutique hotel. While I normally avoid this part of town, the hotel is tucked away from the square and surprisingly quiet. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Historical room was amazing, huge bath tub.great cook to order breakfast buffet.friendly helpful staff. Ran out of coffee pods, location right in old town, pub and gelato shop right outside."

"The first night in a new city, it’s nice to have the personal encounter with a live person at a hospitality desk to check you in. It is also nice to have as place to check luggage on site and free of charge if you are not able to check in upon arrival. That being said, the room was amazing. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the use of the kitchen and dining area, as well as the sitting room. The Botonist is conveniently located and very comfortable. "Great stay, at the heart of old Prague, we were really happy with the location. Jitka was very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was the shower does not drain quickly."

"I loved Hotel Jewel and the restaurant and the staff were fab. I only gave it a 4 as there is no elevator and I was on the 3rd floor and the luggage elevator only worked till 2nd floor - so it was quite the hike up and down. Ask for a room lower down if you don't like stairs. Still would recommend."

"The rooms were clean and perfect for a single traveler, breakfast was excellent make sure you have it as part of your package. The hotel was near to several attractions and you could easily get to other from a nearby bus stop."

"The only thing that was disappointing in the beginning was that there was only a shower. The listing described a shower/tub combination so I was expecting to relax in a tub in the luxury suite I got. Other than that the view was amazing and everything was clean. It could get a little noisy at night from the outside crowd, but it didn’t really bother us. That’s expected in such a central location anyway. I would definitely come back and stay here at Aurus in the future."

"Breakfast head a lovely selection, both hot and cold. The team were very helpful and friendly. The towels in the bathroom were lovely!"
